By accessing or using SecurySign (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

## 2. Description of Service

The Service provides document signing, certificate management and related cryptographic operations using WebAuthn authenticators and remote signing infrastructure.

## 3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

## 4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully. You may not use it in a way that damages, disables, overburdens or impairs it, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it.

## 5. Digital Signatures

The Service creates electronic signatures for documents. You are solely responsible for the content of documents you sign and the accuracy of the information you provide.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from its use, except where the law prohibits that limitation.

## 7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
